Ionada Expands Engineering Team with Mohammad Ghavipour

Ionada is excited to announce the appointment of Mohammad Ghavipour as our new Chemical Process Engineer. With six years of experience in the operation and process design of crude oil and natural gas surface facilities, Mohammad brings substantial expertise to our team.

Mohammad holds a PhD in chemical engineering, specializing in process simulation and thermo-catalytic reactions. His background includes extensive experience in process simulation and design software, as well as project management skills. As the project lead for chemical and gas process development, Mohammad will design CO2 capture, compression, and storage technologies process systems, implementing new technologies developed at Ionada.

Ionada’s innovative carbon capture technology utilizes membrane CO2 contactors capable of removing up to 99% of carbon dioxide from flue gas. This cutting-edge technology is designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support global efforts to combat climate change. Mohammad’s expertise in chemical process engineering will be crucial in optimizing and expanding the application of CO2 capture, compression, and storage technologies to minimize carbon footprint and mitigate global warming.
